For a little extra fun, join Hanover Rotary Club in Heritage Square during the parade for the first ever "Winter Warmers" event.
SANTA CLAUS PARADE AND WINTER WARMERS IN THE SQUARE ...
Hanover Rotary invites you to attend the annual Santa Claus Parade and Winter Warmers in Hanover on December 6 beginning at its new time of 6:00PM.
This year’s parade will introduce activities in Heritage Square, designed to ensure guests remain comfortable throughout the event. Wood-burning fire pits will be available, with members of the fire department present to offer valuable fire safety information as parade-watchers enjoy the warmth.
We are pleased to welcome both the 5th Hanover Scouts and the Grey Bruce School of Dance who will be providing an array of festive treats such as hot apple cider, popcorn, freshly made waffles, and more. We encourage you to visit their market stalls and support their fundraising initiatives.
Additionally, Neustadt Brewery will be featuring their renowned warm pretzels and inviting guests to learn more about their event space and extensive selection of locally brewed beers.
Meg from Inques Tattoo will also be onsite to create caricatures for families and individuals. This event aims to add an extra special element to the celebration alongside the traditional parade festivities.

- 5:30PM - 8:30PM - Heritage Square Festivities
- 6:00PM - parade starts at 22nd Avenue (McDonalds Restaurant) and ends at Foodland
- NEW! Quiet Zone - we are asking parade participants to adopt a "no sirens and horns" policy from 11th Avenue to the parade's finish.
