Note: This is an elimination draw. Tickets will be drawn until one team is left in the competition and declared the winner. Prize allocations for all draws listed below.

  • Each team consists of five Castaways (team members).
  • You must be at least 19 years of age to enter the contest. Tickets must be purchased in Ontario.
  • Each Castaway purchases at least one $30 entry ticket to become a member of a team.
  • Tickets can be purchased through any member of Hanover Rotary Club and paid for by cash or e-transfer. E-transfer payments made directly to Hanover Rotary Club please do the following:
    1. Send to hanoverrotaryfundraising@gmail.com
    2. Include your first and last name plus your team’s name in the message box. (e.g. - Jane Doe, Rose All Day)
  • In total, 120 bottles of wine will be awarded. Each bottle will have a minimum retail value of $14.95, and all wine will be purchased at the LCBO or a licensed seller or manufacturer.
  • An individual Castaway can purchase more than one entry ticket and can be part of more than one team.
  • Organizers will ensure that the total number of entries is divisible by five (5).
  • Members of the Hanover Rotary Club are not permitted to enter.
  • A maximum of 200 tickets will be sold up to and including May 4, 2026 on a first-come first-served basis or until all tickets are sold.
  • All prizes will be awarded.
  • Each elimination draw will be conducted at 825 Tenth Street (Tenth Street Wealth) Hanover, Ontario and will be broadcast via Facebook Live starting at 7 pm each evening beginning on May 5, 2026.
  • Names that are drawn are eliminated however you may still be on a winning team as long as one member of the team has not been eliminated.
  • Each Castaway must provide their full name, mailing address and phone number and each team will provide one email contact and team name.
  • Tickets may be purchased from any member of the Rotary Club of Hanover or at selected locations (TBA). Contact directly HERE.
  • The Rotary Club of Hanover will post eliminated and winning Castaway names on our Facebook page and our website at rotaryofhanover.ca after each draw.
  • Entrants agree to have their name and photo published on the Rotary of Hanover website and Facebook page.
  • The winning castaways will be notified by  using the information provided at registration and a list of eliminated numbers will be available at rotaryofhanover.ca.
  • Arrangements will be made with the winning teams to pick up their prizes. We will arrange for a mutually convenient pick-up location within 100 km of Hanover, Ontario.

75 entries eliminated

Round 2 – May 6

75 entries eliminated

Round 3 – May 7

49 entries eliminated and 1 remaining entry is the winner

1st Prize: Only team NOT eliminated:

60 bottles of wine to be distributed equally to each team member ($897 Value)

2nd Prize: Last team to be eliminated:

25 bottles of wine to be distributed equally to each team member ($373.75 Value)

3rd Prize: Second last team to be eliminated:

15 bottles of wine to be distributed equally to each team member ($224.25 Value)

4th Prize: 25th team eliminated:

10 bottles of wine to be distributed equally to each team member ($149.50 Value)

5th Prize: First team eliminated:

10 bottles of wine to be distributed equally to each team member ($149.50 Value)
